About
I'm travelling the world to learn about the business of fashion. I quickly gained a great interest in working conditions and environmental causes when I realised how much people consume outside my little bubble in Greenland. So I'm studying Fashion Management at London College of Fashion, except right now I'm with Pearl Academy of Fashion in New Delhi indulging in exciting new knowledge from the Indian fashion industry.

Before Take-off…

I’m so exited to get to Delhi - in just 2 weeks my flight departures from Copenhagen Airport straight to Doha, then landing in Gandhira International Airport the morning after.

Eat and Dust - A Western Disturbance and a Winter Lunch at Khan Hotel, Old Delhi

I’ve been reading Eat and Dust a food blog by Pamela who seems to have lived in Delhi for many years. She likes to visit Old Delhi on her weekends to procure ingredients for her own cooking (she writes for several magazines) and taste the delicacies as she goes along.

It’s so enticing to see her pictures from this part of town. I’m trying to imagine what the city looks like. How it feels to walk around among the masses. What the monsoon is going to be like.

Underprotection, a sustainable lingerie brand that is stocked at In Bloom London have just recently been visiting their suppliers. I realised that I actually find it easier to imagine how it feels and looks inside a factory than out and about in India.

I still can’t wait to see which experiences come my way. Most of all, I can’t wait to add the beauty of Delhi to my inner library:
